1What exactly does the FFS app do?
The FFS application records the geolocation data of each user who has installed the application on his Smartphone.

From there, users with the appropriate permissions (eg PARENTS) can view this data on their own devices, both in real time and in the past.

Also, users (eg CHILDREN) who have given the right to specific users (eg PARENTS) to view their location data, can inform them with the push of a single button (SOS PANIC BUTTON) that they are in danger, constantly sending them their geographical location so that they can rush immediately to where they are!
2Can I try the app without paying a subscription?
Yes!

By registering as a PARENT you can try for 7 days completely FREE the full functionality of our application!

In other words, you can add up to another 4 users (parents, children), so you can definitely take a look at the full functionality, accuracy of the data and it's very friendly and easy to use environment, without having to pay anything!
3How exactly does a family pack work and exactly how much do I have to pay?
The cost of a subscription pack is € 4.99 / month (final price including all taxes) and can be added to it up to 5 devices.

For example, if a family consists of 2 PARENTS and up to 3 CHILDREN, with an active subscription pack, activated by one of the 2 PARENTS, all members of the family can join.
4How can I pay?
According to Google and Apple standards, payments must be made through their own management environment.

Every Android device user must have an account in the Google Play Store and respectively every iOS device user must have an Apple Store account.

If the download and installation will be done through these stores, payments must be made from there. If you have not added a payment method (eg card, Paypal, etc.) to your Google / Apple account, you will be asked to do so.
5How often do I have to pay?
30 days after your subscription activation date, Google / Apple will attempt to automatically renew your subscription.

If they do not manage to renew it, relevant notifications will be sent to you both through the application (Push Notifications) and in other ways (SMS, Email, etc.).
6What happens if my subscription does not automatically renew?
For 10 days the data of all the devices of your package will be recorded normally and will be stored in our database.

When you manage to complete the renewal of your subscription, you will be able to see all the data even for the days when your subscription was not active.

If your subscription is not renewed within 10 days of its expiration, all users of your package and all their data will be permanently deleted and can not be recovered.
7How can I cancel my subscription?
Through the FFS application and on the SUBSCRIBES page you can be informed about when your subscription will be automatically renewed.

On the same page there is the STOP/ CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION option, which will take you to the exact point of your Google / Apple account to complete the STOP/ CANCEL action of your subscription.

ATTENTION: Returns can not be made.

This means that from the moment you request CANCELLATION / TERMINATION of your subscription, it will be active until it expires and will not be automatically renewed.
8How secure is our data?
Absolutely safe!

As you will see, when registering a CHILD in the FFS application, we do not ask for any personal information, apart from the mobile phone number and this only for confirmation and general security issues in case you want to change its password or device.

Similar for the PARENTS users we ask for a name and a surname, which can be of any form or address.

Regarding the geolocation data, we use the latest encryption technology, while the mapping of the data with users is enabled only with the unique ID code that each device has from the manufacturer and not with the phone number.
9Can I watch the activity of a device without its approval or knowing?
Absolutely NO!

The purpose of the FFS app is to be an additional tool (perhaps the most important) in maximizing the security of locating our loved ones, both in real time and in the past (you can see data up to a month ago).

Adult users will have to give their consent (ie whether or not they accept the invitation they will receive to include their device in a PARENT subscription package).

To CHILDREN we explain that the FFS app is a useful tool that contributes significantly to their safety.
10Should location data (GPS) on the devices be open?
YES!

Without geolocation data, the application can not work, as it is the only, highly necessary data needed!
11Does the device always must have an excellent signal or internet connection?
Not necessarily.

In order to be in able to watch in real time where our loved ones are, who we have included in our package, we definitely need them to have an active internet connection.

However, if they are not connected to the internet for a few hours, the FFS application continues to record the location data locally in the internal memory of the device, and as soon as it is connected to the internet (even in wifi) the recorded data is immediately available.
12What happens if a user (eg CHILD) has switched off their device or has been shut down by a battery or has intentionally shut down location data?
In all these cases, the application can record neither real nor past data.

However, we have made sure for the PARENTS to receive notifications when the devices of the users that belong to their package and have given the right of location (eg CHILDREN) are not connected for certain time.

This time period can be set by the PARENTS through the application (eg if there is no connection for more than 1 hour or 2 hours, etc.).

Therefore, either by the intention of the CHILD, or due to inability to connect, the PARENTS will have the relevant information in time.

As for the battery, all devices when the battery level drops below 15% -20% automatically enter energy saving mode (safe mode), which means that there is a case that the device itself closes some sensors (such as location recording ), in order to save energy.

In this case too, PARENTS receive Push Notifications from the application, such as: "User X's battery has dropped below X% and the operation of the application may be affected. Inform him to charge his device. "
13What if someone tries to log in with my password or my child's password from another device?
When installing and registering a user (PARENT or CHILD), we save the unique manufacturer code of his device.

From that moment on we know that the user with the specific phone number and the specific password corresponds to the unique number of the specific device.

When someone tries to connect to the phone number and password from another device, a security lock will automatically be activated which will inform them that in order to change device they will have to enter a 6-digit code which they will receive via SMS to the phone number where the initial registration was made.

Therefore, if someone does not have access to your phone (so they will not be able to see the SMS) they can NOT log in to your account!
14Can the application work abroad?
Of course!

The FFS app can work anywhere in the world.

Users (eg PARENTS) who have the right to supervise other users (eg CHILDREN) will see their data in the bandwidth of the recording device.

Example: the PARENT is in Greece and the CHILD is in Spain.

Suppose the PARENT asked to see where his CHILD was on a specific date between 10:00 and 16:00.

The data he will see will be in Spanish time, as the CHILD's device is set in this time zone.
15I'm a PARENT and I do not want the other PARENT of the same package to see my activity, can I?
Yes, each user with a PARENT role has the right to choose which users in the same package will be able to view their location data.
16I am a PARENT and I want my device to be removed from the package of another PARENT I have joined, but also to request the deletion of all my data from the application database, can I?
Yes, every user with a PARENT role has the ability to request to leave the package to which they belong, as well as to request the immediate deletion of all their location data that exists in the FFS application.
17There are several "free" apps that do something similar, why pay for FFS?
By purchasing a service from a company, a contract is essentially concluded between the consumer and the company, under which the company must deliver everything it promises.

In a "free" service, it is usually doubtful whether the company will provide the services it promises through the application.

Also, in a wide market research, similar applications (abroad) that provide services similar to those of the FFS application, are either much more complex to use, or (usually) cost much more expensive (up to 10 times more!)
